The words of Simone Zaza’s father, Antonio, speaking to Mediaset Premium (via the London Evening Standard) make it pretty clear that a move to West Ham is a possibility for his son. The 25-year-old Italian has been a big hit in Serie A over the course of the past few years, performing well at Sassuolo before earning a switch to Juventus last year. However, his spell in Turin has not been fruitful in terms of game time, and with Gonzalo Higuain having been signed for a club-record fee, it appears unlikely that the situation will change for him.
Regular minutes at West Ham may be appealing for Zaza.
