With Sky Sports reporting interest in the Ivorian forward, it seems pretty clear-cut that the ex-Swansea man is wanted in the east end of London. Although the 27-year-old has struggled for game time since his big move to the Etihad Stadium in January 2015, his reputation remains relatively intact following his 25 goals in a season-and-a-half with the Swans.
With pace, power and neat link-up play, Bony appears an ideal fit under Bilic, with his qualities likely to compliment those of Dimitri Payet.
