West Ham United are believed to be winning the race to sign Sofiane Feghouli and are closing in on the playmaker, according to ESPN.
The Hammers are in the market for a winger and the Algeria international is currently a free agent after his contract with Valencia expired.
Feghouli has starred for the Spanish side for a number of years but fell out with the establishment and as such is now without a club.
West Ham have been consistently linked with the African attacker over the last week, with the latest report suggesting that it is only a matter of time before he is confirmed as an addition to Slaven Bilic’s cohort.
The London club are believed to have fought off competition from a host of other European clubs to land Feghouli, in what would be seen as something of a coup for West Ham.
The Algerian impressed at the 2014 World Cup and has scored some spectacular goals over the years for Valencia.
