West Ham have struggled to find stability since their move to the London Stadium and the past two seasons following their stadium move have been highly disappointing, with the Hammers flirting with relegation on both occasions.

David Moyes’ side currently sit just three points above the relegation zone following three consecutive defeats to Liverpool, Swansea City and Burnley, handing the Hammers a stern test in the remaining eight matches.

The general consensus is that Moyes will see his contract extended this summer but, given the Hammers’ struggles near the foot of the table, it would perhaps be a better option to consider appointing a new manager- and Bournemouth’s Eddie Howe would be the perfect fit.

Howe has lead the Cherries valiantly throughout recent seasons but he may well have reached as high as he can go with the south coast side. As such, a step-up could be necessary and West Ham should offer that opportunity this season.
