West Ham United are set for a busy transfer period in January as the Hammers look to fight back from what has been a difficult season so far.

The East London side have enjoyed an upturn in form in recent weeks, showing improvements in a defeat to Manchester City before beating Chelsea and holding Arsenal to a goalless draw at the London Stadium.

David Moyes has led his side valiantly so face but he faces a stern test when the transfer window reopens and reports suggest he’s ready to make a big call regarding the future of one established international at the club.

Reports from respected site Claret & Hugh state the Hammers are ready to listen to offers for Ghanian ace Andre Ayew in January, although reports linking the African international with a return to former club Swansea City are wide of the mark.

West Ham are ready to listen to offers worth around £15m for the man they paid £20m for, a price that Swansea, rooted to the bottom of the Premier League, cannot match- and the Swans are also unable to pay him the wages that he would require.
