West Ham face a crucial game at the London Stadium this evening, as they host a newly-promoted Brighton side who are currently level on points with the Hammers in the Premier League standings.
Slaven Bilic’s side will be extremely frustrated after conceding a late goal last weekend against Burnley, drawing 1-1 after leading the majority of the match, and they’ll be looking for all three points in this evening’s game.
Whilst the Hammers may be considered the favourites for the tie, Chris Hughton’s Brighton have already shown their ability in the top-flight this season and their intention to play a passing game on the ground could see West Ham struggle.
