West Ham United are on the verge of confirming the signing of Gokhan Tore for a £13 million fee, according to Turkish media source Lig Tv.

The Turkey international is a firm favourite of Slaven Bilic following their mutual time at Besiktas and it is believed that the Hammers have been chasing the former Chelsea youth player for some time.

West Ham are thought to be keen to tie up a deal before Euro 2016 starts on Friday, where Tore will represent Turkey at the international competition in France.

Although a new striker remains the club’s number one priority, a skilful winger that can add to Bilic’s options in the final third is also on the wish list.

The latest report suggests that West Ham are ready to tie up a deal for Tore at the £13 million fee, with the clubs agreeing on the sale of the attacking midfielder.
