West Ham United are eyeing up a bargain move for Juventus striker Simone Zaza, but have Southampton also interested in the star according to Italian TV station Qui Studio A Voi Stadio, translated by talkSPORT.

The 24-year-old’s future at the Bianconeri is up in the air, with the centre forward set to sit down with the club and talk about his future soon.

After moving to Turin from Sassuolo, Zaza has found first-team opportunities hard to come by and only started five Serie A games in 2015-16.

Despite this, the gifted attacker still contributed five goals to Juve’s cause and played a role in Max Allegri’s men becoming Italian champions for the fifth consecutive time.

Zaza’s future at Juventus may well be tied in with Alvaro Morata’s, with the Spanish striker tipped to return to former club Real Madrid and potential be sold on from there.

Despite not playing regularly for his club, Zaza has been named in Italy’s provisional squad for Euro 2016.
