Fans on Twitter have been reacting to the news that West Ham Women’s Kate Longhurst has signed a new two-year contract with the club.

The midfielder joined from Liverpool ahead of entry to the WSL in summer 2018 and from scoring on her debut Matt Beard’s side’s first professional league goal, she’s gone from strength to strength.
