OPINION

It’s actually a surprise that the Hammers aren’t making Anderson their highest-earner at the club especially when you consider the transfer fee they’re paying for them. However if the player’s happy to sign a deal that gets him £85,000-a-week then whose to complain as clearly he will be fine that some of his teammates make more than him. While the Hammers are yet to confirm Anderson’s arrival it seems like him rocking a Hammers shirt is nearly in sight as Football.London’s report makes it seem like they’re only few small details to get sorted out regarding this big-money deal. Manuel Pellegrini has remained patient in his pursuit of Anderson this summer as he has seemingly dragged on for a while but he will no doubt be happy that his club look like being successful in their pursuit of the midfielder. The 25-year-old played 32 times last season for Lazio and put in several impressive performances, so Hammers supporters can be excited about potentially witnessing him flourish at the London Stadium next season.
