West Ham are preparing for their biggest annual review in recent years, with the Hammers poised to make considerable changes this summer after another disappointing campaign.

The search for the biggest change has already began, as the east London side are looking to appoint a director of football to solve their recruitment woes, and it seems a key decision has been made in another area.

The Daily Mirror state West Ham have decided that David Moyes is definitely the right candidate to lead the side to better fortunes and are preparing a two-year deal for the former Sunderland and Manchester United boss.

Moyes replaced Slaven Bilic earlier in the campaign, only signing a temporary deal until the end of the season, but a crucial victory against fellow strugglers Southampton last weekend has raised optimism around the London Stadium.

Now five points clear of the drop, West Ham’s safety is not yet secure but that advantage may prove to be enough to help the Hammers get across the line in the coming weeks.
