West Ham are preparing for another campaign in the Premier League, aiming to improve their fortunes significantly, after the weekend’s 3-0 win over Southampton pushed the Hammers five points clear of the relegation zone.

Further work needs to be completed to assure safety for David Moyes’ side but the Scottish boss is also preparing for what is expected to be a busy transfer period this summer, as he’s assessing a number of potential targets.

GetWestLondon report that Moyes was spotted in attendance for Fulham’s 2-0 victory over Leeds United last night, helping the Cottagers maintain their push for the Premier League, with the Hammers boss eyeing a trio of targets.

Fulham skipper Tom Cairney, full-back Ryan Fredericks and Newcastle United loanee Aleksander Mitrovic are all believed to be on West Ham’s shortlist this summer, with the latter impressing once again as he maintained his scoring run in the Championship.

Fredericks is soon to become a free agent, clearing the way for West Ham to complete a deal, but there will be difficulties in tempting Fulham to cash-in on Cairney, as they’ve made it clear they don’t intend to sell the Scottish international.
