Declan Rice
The young defender has enjoyed a rise into the first-team fold this season, although he’s recently been thrown right into the thick of things due to West Ham’s injury concerns- and they took another hit this week following the loss of captain Winston Reid.
Still just 19, there’s plenty of time ahead for Rice to shine but if he’s to become a regular figure in the West Ham side in recent years he needs to find more consistency, as he current looks to be a bit of a lost man in the Hammers defence.
