West Ham are in desperate need of a boost in January, with the club particularly lacking ability in midfield, and an ideal signing could come in the form of Arsenal ace Jack Wilshere.
The England international has struggled to force his way into the Gunners line-up on a consistent basis, spending last year on-loan with Bournemouth, and injury problems have also hampered his development over the course of recent weeks.
