Fans on his back
Whilst his plan came good at the weekend against Swansea, the decision to take off Javier Hernandez and replace him with Diafra Sakho was certainly met with a wealth of discord from the fans around the London Stadium- showing they clearly did not have faith in his decision.
Once support is lost, it’s almost impossible to get back and Bilic’s ship is sinking. Things will only get worse from this stage, so the board needs to make a change swiftly to get the fans back on side- otherwise the atmosphere could become toxic.
