Find a Premier League suitor
Reece Oxford will need Premier League experience if he is to become the star that many suspect he can be and finding that opportunity on-loan, away from the pressures of a West Ham side who have struggled to find their identity since moving to the London Stadium, could be ideal.
The difficulty is that, given the Hammers’ current position, a move for Oxford would likely take him to a Premier League rival. Fans wouldn’t want to see that but it would perhaps be the best option if the club decides that experience in the top-flight is what he needs.
