Want away Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere could be open to a switch to boyhood club West Ham, reports the Daily Mail.
After a disappointing season on loan at Bournemouth, Wilshere failed to prove his worth to Arsene Wenger and is now deemed surplus to requirements at the Emirates. Despite this however, Wenger is not thought to want to let the Englishman go cheap, and will ask for around £20 million for his services.
Wilshere – a Hammers fan as a child – has only one year left on his contract, and has emerged as a shock target for West Ham who have been extremely busy already over the past weeks in this summer’s transfer window as they look to improve on a disappointing previous campaign.
Both Pablo Zabaleta and Joe Hart have already joined the Hammers from Manchester City, while deals for Marko Arnautovic and Javier Hernandez are also expected to be completed in the coming days.
Now with Wilshere linked, West Ham fans have gone into excitement overdrive and have taken to Twitter to share their elation …

Arsenal want £20 million for Wilshere , £10 million and I'd have him at West Ham all day . Quality player if he stays fit

I'd like to see Andre Gray as the back up striker, and I'd like to see Jack Wilshere come in too. I feel both would add a lot to us.
