Marko Arnautovic has today gotten West Ham fans excited after he posted on instagram signalling he was en route to London.
The photo of the man himself, with the caption ‘London here I come’, was taken in a car on the Austria international’s way to the capital to have a medical ahead of his proposed £25 million move from Stoke City.

Arnautovic handed in a transfer request at Stoke earlier this month, and following two prior rejected bids £15 million and £20 million from West Ham, now looks to be very close to become a Hammer after the two clubs reached an agreed fee.
Formerly of Inter Milan, the Austrian joined Stoke City in the summer of 2013 for a measly fee of £2 million from Bundesliga side Werder Bremen and has since scored 26 times in 145 appearances for Mark Hughe’s side.
Once the deal to West Ham is sealed, Arnautovic is expected to become West Ham’s highest paid player, earning £100,00 per week over five years.
