Desire to Perform
Nobody wants a player that doesn’t want to be at a club, and has no desire to either perform or improve. What everybody should want however, is the opposite, and Snodgrass is just that.
The Scot has spoken of his desire to improve in a West Ham shirt, and his determination can be both heard and seen, even despite of his frustrations since moving to the London Stadium. There is no reason to believe that he cannot perform, and given his attitude, turning his fortunes around is more about time than it is chance. It will happen, just perhaps not just yet.
