West Ham are one of four Premier League clubs interested in Barcelona winger Munir El Haddadi, according to Mundo Deportivo.

The 21 year old spent last season out on loan at Valencia and the Spanish side had an option to buy the player for €12million at the end of the campaign but they have decided against doing so.

It’s seemingly nothing to do with the Spanish Under 21 international’s performances. Last season, he was a regular for Valencia, playing 39 times in all competitions, making 26 starts, scoring eight goals and providing three assists. The player is apparently too expensive for them to sign.

The midfielder is not only interesting the Hammers though, with Premier League clubs Southampton, Crystal Palace and Everton also keep tabs on the player, along with Ajax and Real Sociedad.

In the latter two clubs’ cases however, they are only seeking a loan deal similar to Valencia’s and with Barca only looking for a permanent transfer for El Haddadi, it looks like the four Premier League sides will be going head to head for the winger.
