Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has given his biggest indication yet he will allow goalkeeper Joe Hart to leave in the summer.

Asked about the 29 year old’s situation at the club, the Spaniard said he was happy with both his current goalkeepers Claudio Bravo and Willy Caballero, although he was watching Hart’s displays whilst he is on loan at Torino. He is quoted by the Mirror as saying:

“At the end of the season we’ll speak We follow all the players who are on loan. I like both of my keepers to be involved, I have confidence in both Bravo and Caballero. We will see.”

Hart has been linked with West Ham, Everton and Chelsea in recent days with the Daily Mail reporting that City have set a £15million asking price for the England number one.

Torino were reportedly hoping to keep the keeper on loan for a further year, but it seems like City are seeking a permanent transfer. The Premier League side are currently paying the majority of Hart’s £120,000 a week wages while he is on loan in Italy, and it is likely they will want to offload the player to reduce their wage bill.
