West Ham are interested in signing Palermo playmaker Robin Quaison, according to Tuttosport (via Sampnews24,com). The Swedish midfielder is also reportedly interesting Sampdoria, Watford and Birmingham City.

Quaison joined Palermo from AIK Solna in 2014 and has become a regular for the Serie A side making 69 appearances in all competitions for the Rosanero in the past few seasons.

The 23 year old usually plays in the number 10 role, and has had a decent season so far this campaign with four goals in 17 matches. His contract expires in the summer, and can sign a pre-contract agreement with clubs this month in view to a move in the summer.

Quaison does have some international experience, and has been capped five times by Sweden, scoring two goals. He hasn’t been capped since his first season in Italy back in March 2015, but his services certainly seem to be in demand at club level with interest from Serie A and the Premier League.
