Sky Sports reporter Kaveh Solhekol has reported that there is “no chance” of West Ham signing Cesc Fabregas during the current transfer window.

The Chelsea midfielder has been heavily linked with a switch to the London Stadium over recent months when the Independent reported back in November that the 29 year old wanted to remain in London if he left the Blues.

It has since been reported that the Spaniard is willing to stay and help Antonio Conte’s side win the Premier League, and Solhekol confirmed on his Twitter Account that this was indeed the case:

“Told no chance of West Ham signing Cesc Fabregas today. He’s happy at Chelsea. AC Milan, Inter Milan & Juventus all interested.”

Fabregas has also been linked with a switch to Italy, but it looks that any move away from Stamford Bridge will now be delayed until at least the summer when the Chelsea star will consider his options.

The former Barcelona player has fallen behind N’Golo Kante in the pecking order with the Blues, and has only started nine matches in all competitions so far this season.
