Turkish giants Galatasaray would like West Ham manager Slaven Bilic to become their next head coach, according to webdehaber.com. The Turkish website say that the club want Bilic to replace current manager Jan Olde Riekerink.

Bilic has been consistently linked with Galatasaray in the Turkish media over the past few weeks and the recent report suggests that the Turkish side are seeking the double swoop of the appointment of Bilic, alongside the re-signing of Didier Drogba from Montreal Impact.

The Ivory Coast forward previously played for Galatasaray between 2013 and 2014, and his contract at the MLS club recently expired. The Turkish club would like the forward to help them improve their strike force, whilst also bringing in Bilic to turn around their league form.

Galatasaray currently sit in third position in the Turkish Super Lig, five points behind surprise league leaders İstanbul Basaksehir. They are preparing to sack Riekerink but only if they can find a suitable replacement which they believe Bilic would be.
