Alex Pike
Whilst there isn’t the hype around Pike that there is around Oxford he is still a decent enough defender with the potential to make it at a good level. If he doesn’t start playing regularly though his career will be in jeopardy in terms of getting the maximum out of it. He must consider a temporary move away, then, with the view to coming back to West Ham and getting himself in the side as quickly as possible thereafter.
