West Ham United will listen to offers for Spanish midfielder Pedro Obiang this summer according to Claret and Hugh, with the 24-year-old having an underwhelming debut campaign at the London club.

The Hammers were believed to have pulled off something of a coup by signing the impressive star from Sampdoria, especially given that a host of leading Italian clubs were after him.

However, with Mark Noble and Cheikhou Kouyate dominating the Hammers’ midfielder in 2015-16, Obiang has found opportunities to play limited at the Boleyn Ground.

He only started 11 Premier League games for Slaven Bilic’s men over the course of the campaign, with the last time he was named in the XI coming against Leicester back in April.

With a number of Serie A sides believed to be keen to bring Obiang back to Italy, West Ham are ready to listen to offers this summer and will let the 24-year-old leave after a solitary campaign if a fitting bid arrives.
