West Ham captain Mark Noble believes the move to the Olympic Stadium will not affect the atmosphere of home games next season.

There have been some doubts surrounding the move to Stratford due to the running track separating fans from the pitch.

Although some may still be skeptical, Mark Noble is confident that the Olympic Stadium will produce an excellent atmosphere:

“I don’t think it will [change the atmosphere], because we’re doubling the attendance, nearly,” said Noble, who was speaking to Joe.co.uk.

David Gold has already confirmed that the club have sold out of season tickets as they aim to fill a 60,010 capacity stadium for the 2016/17 Premier League campaign. Jack Sullivan also tweeted some exciting pictures of the new stadium as the Hammers are starting to settle into their new home.

The Hammers have given the Boleyn Ground an excellent send off so far this season and it certainly bodes well for the future:

“We just need to go into next season with confidence, because I’ve always said this whole season that this season is probably one of the biggest in the club’s history.

“We knew we’d be moving into the stadium so we wanted to have a good season, and we’ve done that.

“If we play as well as we can do, we’ve beaten a lot of big teams at home already this season and I’m sure we can do it again.”

Noble was speaking ahead of Manchester United’s visit to the Boleyn Ground in tomorrow’s FA Cup replay.
