The starting XI West Ham should play against Man City

The Spanish stopper has made a few mistakes this season, which has brought him criticism from some quarters, but is still without doubt the best keeper at the club and therefore an easy choice to wear the goalkeepers jersey for this match.

    I think your first eleven is probably the first eleven for nearly every hammer’s fan at the moment!

    To be honest I think it kind of picks itself. Adrain is our keeper. The back four is our first choice defensive unit. The midfield trio is fast becoming a holy trinity as are the front three.

    But more importantly are the quality options we now have on the bench and throughout the squad. Which now means we can not only influence games from the bench but win them as well.
    It is these points that will prove vital this season, especially against the bigger teams. Starting with citeh! COYI!

    No, I’d leave Reid out & put in Demel, as Ried is still not back to his best of last season yet, and I’d leave out Mark Noble and put in Amalfitano, as with Man City Mark is beaten for pace. Here’s who I’d pick;
    Adrián, Demel, Cresswell, Jenkinson, Tomkins, Downing, Song, Kouyaté, Amalfitano, Valencia, Sakho

      So you’d 2 right backs one as a centre back when we have Reid or Collins … Good God. You don’t watch many games do you 😀

        Sorry mate, my mistake, so yeah I’d put in Reid over Collins at the moment, and yes I do watch all the games, so I’d go with the same as Pinto here except for Noble. It it weren’t Man City I’d put Mark in but City can leave him and Collins for dead. Amalfitano has to play a part here
