Fulham are at it again but this time they want Ravel Morrison AND Mohamed Diame, report the Daily Express.
There were rumours earlier in the week that the Cottagers had bid £5 million for Morrison and that the former Manchester United midfielder was keen on the move – those reports have since been rubbished by the player.
You’d imagine a club would’ve have to bid north of £10 million for Ravel for the board to even consider selling. However, we are powerless in stopping Diame leaving with that bloomin’ release fee clause still hanging around.
An interesting snippet from the Express re: Diame is that he has apparently been unsettled at Upton Park for a while and wants a new £75,000-a-week contract.
Daim bar has done bugger all this season but stroll round the middle of the park. Get rid, if he doesnt believe in the team then let him go. He will blosdom at a bigger club no doubt but his attitude seems like adebayor no2.
Ravel is a genius but he needs to be inspired and mentored by those around him. He’s been slated recently for his performances but he is still very young and still has a lot to learn. He’d do better if his captain showed a bit more leadership.
I will personally collect, and drive Diame to Craven Cottage to sign on the dotted line… Lazy, uncommitted and this season when you need a team full of battlers, beyond useless !! One of the main reasons why we are in a such an unholy mess.
