Crying

This young Hammer epitomised how every West Ham fan felt during today’s FA Cup mauling to Nottingham Forest.

The poor lad was inconsolable after the Championship tucked away their third goal on route to an easy 5-0 win.

Since the incident swept through various social media platforms, West Ham have responded:

Everyone at West Ham United shares this young man’s disappointment and are grateful for the large numbers of fans that made the trip to the City Ground.

To show the Club’s appreciation for the travelling Claret and Blue army, the Board, manager and captain would like to offer this young fan and his family a chance to watch an upcoming fixture at the Boleyn Ground from the Directors’ Box.”

A lovely gesture but what about the other 2,000 odd fans?

You can find the video HERE (apologies it isn’t here, I had trouble embedding it for some reason)

    • peter says:

      agreed Rob
the poor kid has enough problems with supporting us anyway.
but making him go to the directors box would be too much for the
      little lad to cope with.
      HE MAY NEVER RECOVER!!!!!!!!

  • Hammers fan in NZ says:

Hope someone reports this as its blatant child cruelty!

  • simon says:

another embarrassment that does little but destroy confidence- substitutions were a joke, BFS can say what he likes but it has taken him 2.5 years to build a squad that lacks skill and fitness and only sacking him will attract new players- why would you join us??? 40 years following the hammers and this is by far and away the worse team with the most boring style of play I have ever seen- last night was actually better football re passing and movement that 99% of the games I have seen this year- BFS- what a JOKE G&S stating no alternatives is shite, there are always alternatives

  • Larry Flewers says:

The chuckle brothers should refund every supporter who made the journey then they need to sack BFS asap

  • marcus says:

Bfs wants the sack,, he realises he cant get out if the mess hes got the club in. Hes gone from saying he can turn things round to my hands are tied with injuries. Useless fat northern cunt, and the two useless other cunts, should get out of football spent all there time concentrating on the Olympic stadium. Just ruining a loved and iconic club.

  • beckton Geoff says:

I really felt for that led and the rest of the away supporters, my friends and myself would have been there if we hadn’t made the stand on more away games till BFS has been sacked.

  • beckton Geoff says:

Sorry no more away games lol.

  • Westhamwill says:

My old man called me and said today was the biggest all time disgrace in the 70 years he has supported the team. Enough is enough…

  • unhappy hammer says:

Why don’t we all stay away for the next home game as a protest and see if the board take note that we are that pissed off with what they are doing to our club. There not going to sack him to save 5 mil but when the club go down that will cost ten times that .

  • Mark says:

Ii hope that Poor lad chooses a Game that wh might actually win…So better wait till next season then eh

  • Hammer 64 says:

    I,ve been through 41years of pain,this little chap ain,t seen nothing yet,LOL.

  • Mo says:

We learnt a few things from this match. West Ham have no depth in the reserves, and no one put up their hand.
Secondly, Miaga is not good enough, he had the chance to lead this group of youngsters and show us what he is capable of in this lessor company, but he was very poor.
Downing and Jarvis are nothing special and although they tried, they did not have an impact on this game.
We are in crisis and my heart goes out to all the West Ham fans who felt like that little boy did after the third goal.
We need change and we need it in all aspects of the football club. The championship beckons
