During the period where he was first choice left back and getting games he was probably the best left back we’ve had for a long time. Fell out with Grant and wasn’t the same again, not his fault really.

I can’t see any other manager coming in & doing better at the moment. No decent players want to come here anyway regardless of who’s at the helm.
When we were promoted to the Prem, Gollivan should have been prepared to inject a substantial amount of money for transfers. Instead (apart from Carroll & Downing) we’ve had to make do with Loanees & ‘cheap’ players.
Having said that, it would help if our existing shower rolled their sleeves up & put a shift in which they haven’t lately.

Maybe the players would put a shift in if they were properly motivated by a decent manager! His teamtalk must be ‘ Lump it up to the lone striker and we’ll see what happens!’ Fat Sam is still living in the 90’s.

Don’t remember quite this level if hatred when he got us up from the Championship !
It doesn’t matter who the manager is when you’ve got so many key players injured. As for some of the players that have been playing, their lack of drive and bravery is down to them when they’re wearing the shirt. It’s a blow that Carroll has been injured, the biggest error is that we have no back up striker at all. Jarvis has not lived up to his price tag, it’s only Downing that has been quality for the money, but no – one of any use for him to pass to! Who would join us at the moment ? More has – beens and loanees. ….

People we must get angry terry As manager and ILUNGA back he has passion #COYI
