Paolo Di Canio, still a future West Ham boss?

Paolo Di Canio managerWest Ham legend Paolo Di Canio was sacked last night as Sunderland boss after a regime that can only be described as preposterous.

Over zealous emotive acts, slagging off of players in public, huge influx of signings and dressing room unrest…some would say ‘classic Paolo’ (I think those people are also in the ‘Big Sam out’ brigade.

So, I ask the question, is there still the same desire from us Hammers for Paolo to one day become the boss at Upton Park/Olympic Stadium?

A legend on the pitch? Always. A legend on the touchline? Remains to be seen.

I think it was always going to be difficult for him in the goldfish bowl that’s the premiership. Paul Ince had a similar time with Blackburn. Tactics that will work in the lower divisions won’t work with the highly paid ( and prima donna atttatude of some ) stars of the elite. I think he’ll be back and will learn from this. As for managing West Ham, I hope not. Not sure who I’d like to see when SA goes but not Paulo

sams got to go can only play with one up front, with no big man up front, he is lost only knows hoof ball, said last year we would struggle with him in charge so far been proved right he has no tactics, he is a dinosaur living in past, that’s why strikers don’t want to know, they don’t like the way he plays.

Sibbo give it a rest man.

Sam knows more about managing a club than you ever will.

I just don’t get these so called supporters who do everything but actually support their team.

Ask yourself this – Where were we 3 years ago?
