West Ham versus QPRWest Ham United entertain Harry Redknapp’s relegation threatened Queens Park Rangers at the Boleyn Ground in what is a highly important game for both sides.

QPR are deep into a relegation battle, whilst the Irons have a feeble 2 wins in 9 league games.

After a superb start to the season, the high flying Hammer’s seemed to have somewhat fizzled out, the performances of late have been below par and to prevent being dragged into the relegation battle, more wins are a necessity.

With Momo Diame/Mark Noble fit to start, new signings Marouane Chamakh and Wellington Paulista legible and Joey O’Brien back to ease the strain on the defence, Allardyce is almost able to field a full starting 11 which is going to be crucial to win this fixture. Whilst QPR have new boy Loic Remy ready for his first Premier League appearance.

Given our current form, ‘Arry could be excused for going into this game with some optimism, our season has dipped somewhat. However, I think a game like this is one we have to look to regain form in. QPR as most have said, have a Championship level team, although that said, no London derby is an easy one.

It would be fantastic to pick up 3 points, stick a nail in QPR’s coffin and displease Redknapp. The game will be tough, but I think we should just have too much and should be able to pick up those much needed points.
