Comments from Teddy Sheringham have prompted a group of fans on Twitter to debate Sebastien Haller, who has only two goals in his last 15 in all competitions.

Speaking to Love Sport Radio last Monday, the Masked Singer star blamed the Frenchman’s lack of potency in front of goal on the lack of service from his teammates and stated that he’ll come good for the club in what remains of 2019/2020.

One supporter agreed with Sheringham that if David Moyes’ men play to Haller’s strengths, he’ll score whilst another accused Manuel Pellegrini of zapping the 25-year-old‘s confidence and one more likened his situation to that of Javier Hernandez at London Stadium.

It’s no secret that the centre-forward has failed to live up to what he produced in the Bundesliga in 2018/2019, thus far, but we’ve all seen what he’s capable of in the Premier League.
