OPINION
Another game, another terrific performance from West Ham United goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski. The Poland international was superb once again in the team’s 3-1 victory over Cardiff City on Tuesday night. The former Swansea City man is an incredibly assured presence behind the Hammers backline, and has emerged as one of the signings of the season in the Premier League this campaign. He is up there with Declan Rice and Marko Arnautovic for the club’s finest player so far this term, and displays like Tuesday’s will only strengthen his claim. He was constantly looking to start passages of play by knocking it short rather than hoofing it long up the pitch, while the highlight of his performance was, of course, his tremendous save from Joe Ralls’s penalty. He is truly going from strength to strength for Manuel Pellegrini’s side, and he looks set to be a fixture of this team for years to come.

If the pen and or free kick goes in its game over Cardiff park the bus, Fabianski is massively underrated
