After splashing the cash this summer West Ham must now look to the loan market in order to improve their squad further and there are fewer better options for them to checkout then Manchester City’s Brahim Diaz.
The Hammers have now spent over £100million following the completion of a £35million deal, which could rise to £42million, to sign Felipe Anderson according to the Daily Express.
Despite welcoming Issa Diop, Andriy Yarmolenko and the likes of Jack Wilshere to the club, the Hammers are still likely to make further signings in this window as stated by Hammers’ insider ExWHUemployee on Twitter.

However as the reliable source of Hammers information states the club are likely to look at loaning a couple of players or securing talents available on free transfers rather than spending anymore.
This is an understandable approach as the Hammers have clearly spent big this summer and excitement now surrounds the club ahead of the new season.
Fans will be even more overjoyed if one of the players the Hammers successfully borrow this summer was Manchester City wonderkid Diaz as the attacking talent has the potential to take the Premier League by the storm.
The Sun previously reported that Manuel Pellegrini was a huge admirer of the 18-year-old attacking midfielder and wanted to take him on loan following the injury to Manuel Lanzini.
The teen sensation, who according to the newspaper has previously been compared to Lionel Messi, can play as a winger on either flank and managed to make five appearances in the Premier League last season due to his immensely promising talent.
Diaz has fantastic vision, silky skills and knack for finding his teammates with his passing ability and he has proven these talents in the Premier League 2 where he has featured 33 times.
During his outings in the Premier League 2, the teen has racked up 11 goals as well as 10 assists and looks to have all the tools needed to take England’s top-flight by force if given an opportunity.
Therefore with the Hammers now potentially looking at who they can loan this summer, the club need to borrow Diaz from Man City as the attacking talent would be a very good addition to the current squad.
