Leeds United fans have taken to Twitter to urge their club to re-sign Sam Byram from West Ham.
The United academy product is likely to leave London Stadium this summer after failing to carve out a first-team role since joining from Elland Road in January 2016.
Team Talk editor James Marshment reported on his personal Twitter account on Wednesday morning that Byram will imminently be transfer-listed and put up for sale at £3.5million.
This was seized upon as an opportunity from Leeds supporters who fondly remember Byram from the 143 first-team appearances he made after graduating from the youth ranks.
The right-back, who can also play in midfield, has not fared so well after moving up a division at West Ham, where he has played in just 36 matches in two-and-a-half years.
A section of Leeds supporters took to social media to call for the club to bring Byram back for a second spell.

Him playing in front of Ayling would be a decent right side.

No buy back option?
Terrible bit of business.
I’d have him back but he’d need to take a wages hit.
