The end of the season is edging ever closer, which means that plenty of sides within the Premier League are starting to cast one eye towards the transfer market at the end of the campaign- and a number of wires will certainly be crossed.

West Ham face immense competition in the market to land their prime targets and could be set for a fierce battle in chase of Galatasaray winger Garry Rodrigues, widely reported to be a target for David Moyes’ side.

Interest in the Cape Verde international is rising though as Turkish outlet Takvim claim that Newcastle United will send scouts to watch the winger in action against arch-rivals Besiktas this weekend, as Rafael Benitez eyes improvements in the attacking third.

West Ham reportedly saw a £10m bid for the 27-year-old rejected in January, whilst Sam Allardyce’s Everton are also attributed with an interest in the experienced man who has netted seven goals this season, whilst also contributing with eight assists.
