West Ham are under pressure to improve their fortunes significantly between now and the end of the season, as they look to retain their top-flight status, but David Moyes’ work will not finish in May.

The Hammers have struggled for stability since a controversial move to the London Stadium and a significant recruitment drive is likely to go ahead, with the east London giants looking to bolster their squad in a number of areas.

It seems that West Ham are keen on assembling a talented and young core in the squad, which is backed up by reports from WestHamWorld– which indicate a 13-goal attacker will be watched this weekend.

24-year-old Marvin Ducksch is at the age where strikers are expected to develop as they approach the prime years of their career and the St. Pauli ace has suggested that’s the case this season, where he’s excelled in Germany’s second division on-loan with Holstein Kiel.

As well as netting on 13 occasions, Ducksch has also contributed five assists for his side and West Ham will assess him this weekend against VFL Bochum, where the promotion chasers will be expected to win against a side hovering at the lower end of the division.
