West Ham find themselves in an incredibly difficult position following three consecutive Premier League defeats, which have left them just three points above the relegation zone.

The Hammers now face a crucial end to the season and the next three matches, against Southampton, Chelsea and Stoke City, which is likely to provide a massive impact on the club’s chances of staying in the top-flight.

West Ham are now at the start of a three-week absence of Premier League football and have taken a warm weather training trip to Miami, which The Daily Mirror states was a decision made by David Moyes himself.

However, the decision has not sat kindly with supporters who have hammered the club for moving across the Atlantic just days after being beaten 3-0 by Burnley, which followed defeats to Liverpool and Swansea City.

There were concerns from the board regarding the negative PR that the decision to travel to the United States would bring and cancelling the trip was considered. However, Moyes pushed for the trip to still take place.
