It’s an important stage of the season for West Ham, as the Hammers look to secure their Premier League status and will want to provide the platform to build upon next year.
The east London side have struggled for stability since moving to the London Stadium but the tenure of David Moyes has led to some improvements, although the Hammers do sit just three points above the relegation zone.
However, the general consensus is that West Ham have the talent to get a few wins in their final ten games that will push them to top-flight safety and there’s also encouraging signs coming from behind the scenes- where two significant deals look set to be secured.
Reports have suggested that the club want to extend the contracts of both Declan Rice and Manuel Lanzini, who are seen as a crucial part of the West Ham squad and have continued to grow into important figures.
Yes they have been planning a new deal for Declan for a while now and should come soon a long with Lanzini hopefully https://t.co/8YatJnOKau
