The Fulham skipper has no shortage of suitors, having attracted the attention of Newcastle United last summer, but the Cottagers have made it clear they don’t intend to sell the Scottish international as they seek a return to the Premier League.
Persuading the West London side to change that stance will be difficult but recent reports have suggested West Ham are keen on the services of the 27-year-old, as they’re said to be eyeing a move worth around £15m.
It remains to be seen whether that approach will be appealing to Fulham but West Ham should certainly continue their charge, as their midfield options are currently sub-par.
