West Ham are seeking changes in January as they look to pull away from the relegation zone, after a woeful start to the season.

David Moyes is still searching for his first victory at West Ham after four matches and his wait looks likely to continue, with the Hammers facing testing clashes in the week ahead against Chelsea and Arsenal.

January is set to be a crucial period for the Hammers as they seek to rejuvenate their squad and attacking changes are likely, with reports indicating that two members of the squad will be offloaded to help fund new arrivals.

Respected fan site Claret & Hugh report that West Ham are looking to approve exits for both Diafra Sakho and Andre Ayew, the latter of whom has been recently linked with a return to Swansea City.

West Ham have struggled for consistency in front of goal this season and the departure of the African duo would free up spaces within the squad for a new addition, who could rival the likes of Javier Hernandez and Andy Carroll.
