West Ham face a stern test this weekend against Liverpool and the result could be extremely significant, with manager Slaven Bilic under a lot of pressure following the Hammers’ poor form.
The Croatian boss’ side enter this weekend’s clash on the back of a 2-2 draw with bottom of the table Crystal Palace, throwing away a two-goal lead to drop two crucial points- and they sit just one point above the relegation zone as a result.
Should results go against them this weekend, the Hammers may find themselves in the drop zone for the upcoming international break and it would be extremely difficult for Bilic to keep his position in the inquest that would follow.
Unfortunately for West Ham, they come up against a Liverpool side who have been impressive this season and boast an array of attacking talent. They are leaky at the back though, which could provide a boost to the Hammers.
If West Ham are to get anything from the match, they’ll need to be playing at their best and need to watch out for these three players in particular.
