West Ham goalkeeper Adrian is still to decide whether he will leave the Hammers in a bid for first team football.

The 30 year old put in a good display against Tottenham on Wednesday, and the stopper believes he has given manager Slaven Bilic a selection headache ahead of West Ham’s crunch match against Crystal Palace tomorrow.

The keeper is however tempted to leave if his playing situation does not improve in the coming months. Asked by Talksport international whether he would consider a return to Spain, Adrian was open to the possibility:

“To be honest I don’t know. I would have to consider my options and wait for the next transfer window and also see if I can reach an agreement with the club. I wouldn’t mind, that’s for sure.”

Joe Hart is still likeliest of the two to start at Selhurst Park despite Adrian’s impressive display midweek. The England number one has been chosen to start in every league match so far this campaign, while the Spaniard’s appearances have all been in the Carabao Cup.

The former Real Betis stopper had his contract extended by a further two years in the summer, but he has not hidden his unhappiness at his lack of game time in recent months.
