Five reasons West Ham should sell Andy Carroll this summer, do you agree?

|

Injury prone

I will agree with you. Andy Carroll, on his day, can be a very effective striker. And I mean, very. Defenders without a shadow of a doubt struggle to deal with his physical presence, and often he bullies them into submission. Against Arsenal, his performance and hat-trick was one of the most memorable of the past five years for any Hammers player.

That day however, is not often enough, nor can it be often enough given his injury record. Even of he was finding the net regularly and performing at his best, the amount of time spent on the sidelines make the Englishman more of a theoretical threat than an actual threat to Premier League defences.
