The game against the Potters at the bet365 Stadium comes after a run of four fixtures that see West Ham face Everton, Manchester City, Chelsea and Arsenal back-to-back, so picking up three points after such a tough run of games is key.
Christmas is such an important time for clubs, and while the run in may be tough, the Hammers can perhaps rescue the festive period by kicking off with a victory against Mark Hughe’s side and taking that momentum into the final two fixtures against Newcastle and Bournemouth before New Years.
