Manchester City are demanding that any interested party match their £15million asking price for goalkeeper Joe Hart, according to the Daily Mail.

Reports in Italy yesterday suggested that Torino have offered to extend Hart’s loan for an extra season but City are not interested in allowing the player to leave on a temporary basis, and are seeking a permanent transfer.

This will come as good news for West Ham, Everton and Chelsea who the Mail report are all interested in the England international. Hart has had to contend with a leaky defence at Torino this season. He has conceded a total of 50 goals in 30 matches in all competitions this campaign, keeping just five clean sheets.

The 29 year old’s performances have however been praised by some observers in Italy, and Torino were keen to keep him despite not having the finances to afford the £15million transfer fee or his £120,000 a week wages.
