West Ham manager Slaven Bilic is considering dropping left back Aaron Cresswell for this weekend’s crucial match against Hull City, according to the Evening Standard.

The Croatian may turn instead to deputy Arthur Masuaku who impressed after coming on in the second half against Leicester City in the 3-2 defeat last time out.

Cresswell missed the first two months of the season due to injury, and some would say he has struggled to recapture the form of his first two seasons at the club, despite starting 20 of the last 21 league games for Bilic.

The West Ham boss will also have a number of other selection headaches ahead of the match at the Kcom stadium on Saturday. With no Winston Reid, Pedro Obiang or Michail Antonio due to injury, the Hammers will likely put faith in Cheikhou Kouyate in the centre of defence, while youngster Edmilson Fernandes will likely come into central midfield.
