Bayern Munich are preparing an offer for West Ham target Dominic Solanke, according to the Daily Mail. The Chelsea forward can leave at the end of his contract with a fee decided by a tribunal.

The Mail estimates that for domestic clubs the transfer may cost as high as £8million, but for foreign clubs such as Bayern it could be as little as £300,000.

Solanke has been the subject of interest from a whole host of Premier League teams including West Ham, Liverpool, Arsenal, Sunderland and Everton, while Scottish clubs Rangers and Celtic are also considering making a move for the 19 year old.

Negotiations between Solanke and Chelsea have stalled over the player’s wage demands which are reportedly a hefty £50,000 a week but Bayern may be able to offer a more attractive financial package than the Hammers and other interested parties due to the lower tribunal fee they will owe Chelsea.

Solanke is unlikely to get game time in Germany and his agent has already stated that it is a major priority for the player, which means West Ham may still be in the running if they are able to agree terms with the forward.
